There are many different applications in which Titan Vision excels. Such applications include Airports, Retail Premises, Government Facilities, Power stations, Correctional institutions, Military bases, Industrial facilities, Financial Institutions and Bonded warehouse facilities.

Video over Radio Networks - New technology is bringing radio networking to a much wider range of applications. The Titan Vision CCTV system sits particularly well on radio networks with flexibility and portability being the key issues. Radio networks can now be used over increasingly large distances, with point to point connectivity now up to distances of around 10 miles. The advantages are the low installation costs and speed of implementation. The disadvantage being that the system requires an uninterrupted line of site between points. Greater distances can be achieved and line of sight problems eliminated using booster stations at set intervals.

Radio networks 5.8 Ghz come into their own where the costs are compared against conventional leased fibres. Multiple nodal points connected over larger distances require only an annual licence of £50* as well as the cost of annual maintenance. Annual savings are enormous with the CCTV technology with few others taking advantage of the cost savings associated with radio networking as opposed to traditional methods such as leased fibres.
