TITAN Vision Alarm Handling

Titan Vision is also able to interact with a whole host of fire, security and access control systems from a variety of manufacturers. An example of the way in which Titan Vision interfaces with alarms can be described as follows. A typical door access system has the following different types of alarms.

bullet Invalid card presented at reader
bullet Inhibited card presented at a reader
bullet Door forced
bullet Door held open for longer than designated time
bullet Anti pass-back activated

These alarm outputs can then be used to activate different actions from within Titan Vision. E.g. when a door forced alarm is detected then the camera should move to the door and then start recording.

A map may also be displayed to indicate the source of the alarm. Titan Vision now contains 37 different alarm actions i.e. that will instruct the Titan Vision application as to what to do when an alarm is triggered. This enables sites to automatically react to any alarm scenario quickly and effectively. This enables Titan Vision To give complete security coverage of a variety of scenarios.
