Secure - Fastlane Speedgates come with state of the art anti-tailgating
detection systems and are available with different height glass barriers to
help balance the aesthetic and security requirements of most sites.
Safety - The Fastlane Speedgate barriers feature variable torque and
speed settings to tailor the units to specific applications. The infrared
beams monitors the area near the barrier; if an object is detected in the
path of the barriers, they slow to a crawl until the obstruction is removed.
The Fastlane Speedgates can integrate with a fire alarm system so that in an
emergency the barriers automatically open in the exit direction to allow for
free emergency egress. In a power failure, the barriers can be gently pushed
out of the way.
Flexible - The Fastlane speedgate range includes the Fastlane Glassgate
for high throughput sites and the Fastlane Intelligate for lower throughput
situations or where gaps of up to 2 meters need to be available to enable
regular large deliveries or maintenance vehicular access for cleaning.
Disabled Access Lanes
- Fastlane Disabled Access Lanes are fully compliant with the UK
Disabilities and Discrimination Act (DDA), as well as most similar
international standards. Audio/Visual feedback is provided as standard and
the lane provides for unhindered wheelchair access without the need for a
