The SmartTel - 4 and SmartTel -10 video transmission servers offer outstanding value, high quality and a range of features normally associated with much higher cost systems.   Upon alarm activation Vista SmartTel automatically contacts a remote PC and transmits live video footage to provide visual evidence of an intrusion. Integrated memory provides a buffer of pre-alarm images for alarm verification and remote control is available for the operation of dome and PTZ cameras. The unique MultiLink design allows for simultaneous IP connections (LAN, WAN, Internet, ADSL) in combination with dial up connections (PSTN/ISDN, GSM-HSCSD) making SmartTel accessible to all, i.e. the general manager working from home on his PSTN or ADSL line, the security manager on his local computer network, and the professional Remove Video Receiving Centre (RVRC) on an IP or ISDN connection. The image compression is optimised for transmission over even low bandwidth connection such as GSM but can also take advantage of high bandwidth connections such as DSL enabling up to 25 frames per second.

We can design & install a CCTV system using the SmartTel system monitored by our own professional RVRC or monitored by the the Customers own local computer network with the software.  The SmartTel system may be added to the Customers own existing CCTV and IP Network Video Systems to upgrade to a remotely monitored system. 

Many business are now able remotely monitor their multi site operations from remote locations signalling to area or head offices using Vista SmartTel.  We can design & install your own dedicated SmartTel video monitoring Central Station running with the Vista Smart Control video transmission software.  The system may start small i.e. 10 connections and grow to approximately 100 systems, monitoring your remote sites.  To start up all that is required is one functional PC and a PC as a back-up standby machine running SmartControl Pro software and the appropriate communications connections.  We can also provide bespoke Technical Furniture for your Central Station Control Room project. 

The Vista SmartTel system is capable of 4 simultaneous IP connections and 2 either ISDN and or PSTN/GSM.

With automated dial out on alarm or remote observation on demand of the operator coupled with the ability to remotely control opening & closing of gates, switch lighting on and off via the units relay outputs, the Vista SmartTel is an effective and extremely powerful remote monitoring tool. 

A site intercom facility is also available on site, so that the dedicated Central Control Room or RVRC can talk to callers. Additionally, SmartTel also can be provided complete with a tannoy capability, allowing users to challenge or warn off trespassers via an on site public address system speakers in certain situations.
