Our Senior Management team have combined
experience of over 80 years working in the security industry. We are
committed to a quality managed service at every level and have met the
requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2000 accreditation and NSI Quality Schedule
SSQS 101 and are approved as an
NSI NACOSS GOLD installer and an
SSAIB installer.
We operate a stringent screening process for
all prospective employees which includes detailed checking of employment for
the past 10 years, or since leaving school as per BS 7858:2004. We
select our staff very carefully to fit the customer care driven culture of
Sonic Security Services Limited.
All of our Technicians are fully uniformed and
have the very latest in test equipment. Including safety harnesses and other
safety apparatus to ensure safe working practices.
Our policy is to ensure all our Technicians and Apprentices attain a minimum
of City & Guilds NVQ Level 2 Fire, Security and Emergency Alarm Systems -
Installing Security Systems.
This
training is carried out in conjunction with The Security Industry
Training Organisation (SITO) to achieve City & Guilds 1851 and NVQ up to
level 3. Advanced Technicians & Surveyors are working to achieve a
minimum of NVQ level 3 with progression to NVQ level 4.
By selecting the right people, training and
providing appropriate test equipment and keeping up with new technology
