Receiving Centre (ARC) & Remote Video Receiving Centre (RVRC)
Our
ARC & RVRC is NSI NACOSS approved and operate to BS 5979: Remote Monitoring
Centres and the European Quality Standard EN ISO 9001:2000. We are able to
monitor Redcare, Redcare GSM, Dualcom and standard Digital Communicators.
The ARC has direct line ordering with BT Redcare, which means we can offer a
speedy service and normally get your Redcare operating within five working
days.
The
monitoring of CCTV systems covers all of the main stream market leaders such
as Visual Management Systems, Dedicated Micros, Adpro, Fastscan and Imigix
Video Transmission systems. Our Remote Monitored CCTV systems are installed
to BS8418 the British Standard for Detector Activated Remotely Monitored
Video Systems.
We
have a built in PC link between Sonic Security Services and our ARC which
allows us to receive status reports. A daily report is received by Sonic
Security Services, giving details of Intruder Alarm and CCTV status reports.
Which allows us to manage your system efficiently, and be proactive to any
attention required. |
